"Great area for families with children. The only thing we were disappointed in was we ordered quite a few times from the restaurant at the pool but they won’t let you bring in food from outside there restaurant at all. You can only eat there burgers and pizza so many times. We saw a lot of people bring in food from door dash and so we did the same and got told we couldn’t eat it in the pool area or surrounding areas. Pretty pathetic. We spent a lot of money at the hotel and the water park "

"Room was dirty. Switched rooms. Second room was DIRTIER. Stains on sheets. Ac broken. Floor boards falling apart. Hole in the wall. Went down to request checkout because I paid $120 a nigh to stay there. I expect a clean room. 1 dirt room, whatever. 2 dirty rooms, that’s insane. And the GM told me she never goes up to the rooms to check them and then proceeded to say she’s going to send a housekeeper up there to check it out. I’m sorry, but that’s horrible management."

"Cleaning was not the best in our room and the bed was poorly made. Very nice lady at the desk cleaned more thoroughly while we were gone because the cleaning staff was gone for the night. I remade the bed myself."

"Staff was wonderful. When I checked in directions were giving how to access the elevator to room. Which desk to get players card and navigate to eat meals. I received text messages asking how my stay was going if I needed help with anything message back. The room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and will recommend to friends and family."
