Suckley Hotel with Pool

"We had a room on the front of the hotel this time. We found it very noisy on the Sunday night as a homeless person was having an argument with someone on a bike. It went on for ages and I did hear Police sirens but it continued later. "

"Nice property. Quiet location. Clean room. Decent amenities and staff but not well equipped or overly friendly. Good breakfast. "

"We booked a room with a patio, knowing the weather was going to be good, so it was lovely to be able to sit outside and look at the beautiful scenery. It was midweek during the Easter school break but the spa facilities were quiet which was nice and we swam and sunbathed 2 days in a row. Restaurant was good including breakfast and dinner. Staff all lovely. "

"The rooms have seen better days and also you get nothing for free in your rooms, i.e. water biscuits, ect"

"Awful experience. Left a day early as had no sleep due to faulty and noisy radiator. Hotel it self is run down and needs a good tidy up. Went to the bar for some drinks, no staff around and 80s cocktail bar music blaring, not a great atmosphere to relax and chat with friends. I emailed the hotel twice before we arrived and also once after our stay to complain. No reply on either times!! "
