「V good 」

「Walked in room wasn’t ready offered to sit in the bar and wait. It was like going back to the 80s Butlins style. Dated hotel nothing warm and friendly and very dated & gloomy reception area was clinical and hospital like! Walked through the bar and out of the exit. Got into car and didn’t go back. Such a shame as had booked for a surprise for my husbands birthday. So dissatisfied. People who say first impressions count well this did and disappointed! Lost the money I had paid! Have travelled so...

「The staff were great and evening meal and breakfast we had were lovely but our bedroom was quite dirty, dirty skirting boards and floor, the bedding and towels were nice and clean though and so was the bathroom.」
