「Lovely cottage with everything you would need for a stay. Experienced owners who have meticulously thought of everything. Nice and clean. Sat in garden which had pretty flowers to admire. Had a lovely time. Wouldn't fail to recommend it to anyone. Cottage is convenient for shops and pubs.」

「Unkept garden ( not usable), no dustbin, next door to noisy / very smelly fish and chip shop, very narrow and very steep stairs. Property was ver clean, manager was excellent. 」

「The property is in an excellent position, close to shops, restaurants and the beach, there was parking outside. The bedding and bathrooms were clean however the carpets and upholstery was very stained/dirty. The fridge door was difficult to open as it has no handle, I realise it didn't quite fit into the space but even a stick on handle on the door would have helped. The courtyard garden was unloved and the patio furniture was dirty. The flowerpots outside the front door were full of weeds,...

「Stunning property in a beautifull location, only a stones throw from Bury St Edmunds, quiet and tranquil with all the amenities you need for a peaceful stay. Owner was on hand if required, loved the little touches of local bread, milk and orange juice, fab stay.」

「Lovely peaceful setting in rural Suffolk, with walks on mown path around edge of property. Handy enough to reach Sutton Hoo and Minsmere by car. The only negative was that the shower temperature controls were difficult to master - some instructions would be useful.」

「A great spot to stay for a family wedding in town! We enjoyed the hot tub and needed help with a few things and Helen was amazing and very prompt with helping. We asked for fans and she had them the next morning!!! Amazing. Rafa (the dog) hung around and we enjoyed his company.」
