「Absolutely beautiful home. 」

「The property manager was always a phone call or text away. Check-in was simple. Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Location was perfect. The views are beyond gorgeous!」

「The upstairs unit with a loft is on the lake with an awesome view from the deck. Close to the village so we walked over for dinner or ice cream at the north pole. Not a newer fancy property but clean and a great value.」

「Amazing place and location. Very nice for families. It is located in a flat neighbor, we walked the neighborhood daily and it was beautiful. It would even be great for bike rides! The inside is so big and open, ideal for families. They even had Netflix set up which was great. The location was about 15 minutes away from the zoo, village, bowling, and the bay. Really nice breakfast spots 5 minutes up the rode. And easy and quick responses from host. 」

「Had an old fashioned mountain cabin feel. Plenty of bedding, towels, kitchen supplies. Host was easy to communicate with. Neighborhood quiet. Overall a nice place. We liked the downstairs queen bed best.」

「Price was extremely reasonable. House is within walking distance to Bear Mountain but just a bit uphill. Received checkin info timely and very clear and specific. House was clean and cozy. Well stocked. Bedrooms comfortable. Bathroom small and downstairs but typical for cabins in big bear. Did not use fireplace. Used hot tub. Heated quickly. was clean and easy to use/uncover. 」

「Such a cozy stay! Jonathan was an amazing host super communicative and helpful. The cabin was adorable, quiet, and in a perfect walking distance to Big Bear Mountain. If you’re looking for the full cabin experience, I definitely recommend this spot. I’d absolutely stay here again!」

"When I checked in, the hotel staff didn't ask where I booking my room. They just took my ID card to check and told me that they didn't have my room. I told them that I had booked it on Expedia. and try to give them my order number, but they didn’t take look, just told me wait ，and she will try one more time, she said 4-5 times to me in this 15-20mins she didn't find my room, … after that the room I found there was no toothbrush and slippers. but the first floor there are has sold toothbrushes for sale for $3 … I think it was drama , and I relook the hotel the parking fees was $20 and breakfast was $10, these not showing on the first-page when I’m booking. so everything was terrible ."
