「This place was one of the cleanest I’ve ever been in. My husband and I spent the night here and can’t wait to come back the beds were so comfortable and it felt like we had our very own apartment to ourselves. Highly recommend without a doubt and very close to greenport town which we love to travel too! 」

「Loved the space. We stayed in the suite upstairs and it was so spacious. Had a cute sitting area and it was nice and clean. One downside is the access other guests have to the balcony. Anyone can just come up the stairs and look in your windows if the curtains are not closed just right. Customer service was good and we really enjoyed the cute breakfast baskets in the morning. 」

「Loved our stay at the Menhaden! Everything was great especially the staff who went beyond our expectations...from offering us champagne and my husband a great mocktail to cleaning the snow off our car! The place is so pretty and the bar has all fun games & all albums you can play. The king room was large, no bath though :( and it was a bit cold in there, they did try and fix it though. Breakfast and goodies available all day on our floor with sodas, water, coffee and cappuccinos :). 」

「I had to stay one night only, for a short business trip and I am glad i found this place. I was not expecting the most luxury nor up to date hotel after reading some reviews but as long as it was clean i was satisfied. Well, i booked the small room and i was very pleased, it was immaculately clean, the sheets were super soft, and all pressed. This will be my regular place every time I need to travel to this area. I am.glad I found it and i didn't break the bank to stay in The Hamptons. 」

「We were looking for a quick overnight in the East End, and the Harpoon House exceeded our expectations in every way. The room was spacious (a suite!) and well-appointed, blending the charm of the original 1648 (!) building with modern amenities and furnishings. We didn't take advantage of the on-property restaurant (formerly Blu Mar), but the menu - by acclaimed chef Rocco DiSpirito - looked excellent, if a bit pricey.
