I got a steal in Bali. This was a a great hotel. The villa was beautiful and the staff was super nice . I got really sick and the staff took real good care of me and made sure that I was okay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The customer service is top notch! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us during our whole stay. The location is very quiet and perfect if you’re looking to relax. However the villa/room itself needs to be improved, it’s a little bit run down. The doors are creaking, the toilet & walls are dingy. The food also aren’t as fresh & flavorful as I hope it would be. Overall still enjoy my stay.

Yuni and Meng Cat were awesome. We didn’t realize we needed an adapter and they lent us one. Food was good. It’s a little weathered but clean. We enjoyed our stay there.

The resort is good in total. Staff and service is nice and friendly. They helped us on everything we asked for. Room was good. We had not a villa but a regular one. There is a free shuttle to Ubud which we used one day. This worked very well. Thank you :)

Staff was so accomodating and nice. Felt well tsken care of dueing our stay. The villa qas wxactly as the pictures showed and we loved it. Only downside is other dining and shops are not wothin easy walking distance but that was also part of the appeal. We didnt want to be in the middle of the tourist hustle and bustle. This also allowed us to not get stuck in traffic when our driver took us to activitiee. Overall i wpuld stay here again!

Nice resort and great staff

The staff were great. The unit had a few niggles re safe and door and they were responsive and helpful. The 2 bedroomed unit was very good apart from a few minor probs with one door not closing properly. The ability to have your breakfast and meals delivered was very good. The food is good but not extensive menu. The location is a bit of a problem in terms of getting out and about Ubud but taxis cheap and hotel shuttle service good If you want to just relax at resort it is a great choice. well worth the money we paid

The location not really close to ubud center but they provide free shuttle in certain time. The room was not that big and no balcony but worth the money. That time i was given experience to free upgrade to their private villa for some reasons and its surprising. The villa was beautiful, swimming pool is a big plus. The breakfast is fantastic. The staff was very friendly.

Villa avec piscine

Super séjour dans une villa avec piscine privée. Le jardin etait magnifique. La maison parfaite avec 2 très grandes chambres et 2 salles de bains. Très belle terrasse. Nous avons pris nos petits déjeuner directement à notre villa le top A environ 20 mn du centre de ubud . Un chauffeur etait dispo pr nos déplacements

Hôtel sympathique en soit mais son fonctionnement est à revoir : personnel pressant, par exemple, pour l’option petit déjeuner il est nécessaire de choisir ce que l’on veut la veille, ainsi que l’heure précise. Si vous n’êtes pas présents à l’heure donnée, l’accueil vous appelle à la minute près pour vous demander de descendre. Pas très agréable quand l’on est en vacances. Sinon bonne localisation et chambre agréable.

너무 좋았습니다.

짧은 가족여행 기간동안 편안하게 잘 머물다 왔습니다. 직원분들 모두 너무 친절하셨고 꽉찬 일정때문에 조식 시간 조절이 필요했는데 그때마다 변경해주시고 매일 전날 저녁에 원하는 메뉴를 신청할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 음식도 정말 맛있었어요. 아쉬운 점은 일정때문에 숙소에 있는 수영장에서 물놀이를 많이 즐기지 못한것입니다. 다음 기회가 있다면 또 가고 싶네요.

J'ai aimé le petit-déjeuner très bien préparé et servi à la villa, la propreté globale de l'établissement, la sympathie du personnel, le service, la location de scooter via l'établissement très pratique. Globalement je recommande cet établissement. Quelques petites remarques : laisser quelques couverts dans la chambre (couteaux, fourchettes et surtout verres pour pouvoir se servir dans le mini bar), régulation de la température de l'eau chaude bloquée a 50°C maximum comme dans la majorité des établissements (dangereux pour enfants par exemple, l'eau pouvait sortir a 80°C).

Karana is a very nice hotel. The room and bathroom area is well taken care of and practically new. The staff is very kind and were readily available when we needed something. There are a few things that I think the property should work on. We stayed there for about 6 days so there are probably a lot of things that other travelers will not have to deal with. Breakfast that was offered was mediocre. The dinners that we ordered, except for the mei goreng, were also mediocre. The property is located on a busy street so if you are coming for total zen, you may want to upgrade to their villa away from the street instead of a room. Not much to do around. Their shuttle service can be a bit frustrating. They only have shuttles for free to Ubud and back to the hotel between 1-2 pm and 5-6 pm. If you are already in Ubud and call the hotel for pick up around these times, you will need to call them multiple times and give them at least a 30 min to hour notice due to traffic. Also, make sure you insist on speaking to the person in charge so that they pick you up on time. We had called for a shuttle about an hour before and we ended up waiting another 45 mins because the person we had initially spoken to never relayed the message. These are small issues that can be managed. We still enjoyed our time and made sure to eat in other restaurants in Ubud to make up for the hotel’s lackluster food and we used taxis that they called and paid them when we just wanted to get to Ubud earlier.
