“I had an amazing week and stay at two palms. As a solo female traveller from Australia I felt 100% safe at this hotel. They had everything I needed and more. Many restaurants around, or a short and cheap gojek bike to anywhere down the main strip and padang padang beach. The front of the hotel is on a fairly busy street. They also keep security around the front too. When I arrived I was offered a lemon coconut water drink and Yuli showed me around the room. They also offer breakfast delivered……

“The room was small but clean. The bathroom is outside under a roof (mostly private, but you can potentially hear your neighbors. The breakfast was the same menu options each day but good quality. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool in the courtyard is open during the day, but does not offer much shade. The distance to Padang Padang beach cannot be beat. There are many local stores and restaurants within walking distance”

“第一晚到達酒店時大約凌晨1點多 發現車輛無法到達, 要經過一條小路還要自行搬行李落小條一山路 (88級樓梯) 不過抬頭可看到一片很多星星的夜空, 還有海浪聲, 早上一打開門更是十分美麗的風景, 建議如入住請帶較小的行李 或做背包客 早餐不錯 員工也很親切, 不過晚上8點30後便沒有員工, 起碼要等待到12點才有。 因為近海 房間內也有昆蟲, 請帶備驅蟲藥。 如要飲用熱水也要跟員工索取”

“Firstly, upon arrival, there were no staff present to complete our check-in. We were left waiting to be addressed for 10 mins. In addition, we noticed a sign stating that there would be construction between 9am-5pm; it stated that the construction had no relation to Makara Villas. We came to find, it was in fact, the villa across from ours in the complex. This was unbeknownst to us as there was no mention of construction prior to making our booking. Next, we were guided to our Villa by Putra.……
