“We were there for just a short time, 2 nights, and everyone was friendly and helpful. From our pick up at the airport to our check out process. The villa was adorable, the pool was beautiful, the breakfast was yummy and the location was perfect and walkable. “We had a really fantastic stay here. Although we will say that the first run that we were put in did have a really funky strange smell and so we did ask to be changed to another room and they really swiftly changed us to a new room. This showed really good customer service, which was greatly appreciated. But it was strange that the other room had such a strong smell. “We really enjoyed turning up and was very excited about the beautiful views from the property. Unfortunately any ordered food was stone cold as it was brought in from another source. Not enough towels provided.Water to even flush the toilets went off for several hours with nothing. We felt intimidated by the staff warning and producing many, many rules and regulations that spoilt our stay. ”

“It’s in the middle of the forest, still developing and in construction, feels kinda unsafe.
And the property does not provide body wash or toothpaste those basic things.
Also, I booked the wrong dates, they do not allow us to change the date, so we just wasted one night.”

My love and I chose the Cliff Pool Villa with a breathtaking ocean view 朗
The room is beyond amazing—perfect pool size, mesmerizing views, and a spacious bathroom with double sinks (a must for us!).
And let’s talk about the infinity pool—it’s even better than the one at Bvlgari, where we dined recently! Plus, Six Senses is half the price and right next door. Talk about value for money! 💖
The whole experience has been incredible! The staff are super friendly and quick to respond to all our needs.
*Had a minor hiccup with the local taxi service, but the Client Relationship team swooped in to resolve it in no time! 🌟 Truly impressed with how quickly they handled everything.

"The room is very large. But all the infrastructures in the room are very old and shabby. I was very impressed by the moldy telephone and small mirror in the bathroom. The toilet is not functioning very well. Poor quality with this price.
The room is basically open and a lot of rooms on the same level. The downstairs is the other people’s pool. They start to swimming with kids and play music at 7 am. Wholly xxxx! It’s just like they are in the same room with you. The glass door is useless.
