"Orhan met myself and family with a delicious welcome of homemade pancakes and various items from mothers garden, as well as tea coffee milk and wine. The villa was spotless and the pool ready to dive in so I was first on the waterslides Gardens are beautiful with tree's bearing fruit. Protection is a must as the greenery attracts Gnats and mosquitoes. The pool was cleaned and maintained every day and Orhan was only a call away for any information needed. My daughter in law is in a wheelchair and easily gained access to the lower floor via various ramps. Everything is provided for cooking meals with a bonus fridge by the pool, we got a taxi to town (250tl) then hired electric 3 seater scooters from Star hire (10 per day) River trips are a must both North and south also cash is King. Restaurants and bars are all fantastic and fairly priced and the locals are beautiful helpful people. Keep your eye on the calendar as bookings go really quickly as the villa is a well sought after location. Definitely recommend Villa ZeZe to families and would love to stay again. As my Grandson says....it's the best holiday ever"

"We recently stayed at these villas for a multi generational family holiday. Helena could not have been more helpful or kinder. Nothing was too much of a problem and she was a thoughtful and respectful host. Properties were well equipped and immaculate. The location of them is a 10 minute stroll from the main strip - right in the middle of pomegranate fields. Its a quiet and peaceful location but with easy access to the shops, bars and restaurants of Dalyan. We hired mobility scooters which made the trip back and for even easier. Taxis are widely available from town or via whatsapp and they cost 250TL which at the time is 4.00The two pools were lovely (kid pool and adult pool!) and there were plenty of sun loungers and outdoor furniture. Inside the villas are comfortable with plenty of glasses, plates, saucepans, towels, toilet rolls, bin liners etc. We have been to Dalyan many times and never stayed on this side of the town so it was great to be in a more peaceful location. Helena is a highly recommended host as we would love to return to her beautiful villas again."

"Me and my boyfriend stayed in the room with river view. It was a great room with 2 rooms and 3 beds total, so we had lots of space. My parents stayed in the room by the pool. They had 2 small beds. I thought the room was too small, but they were happy. I loved the food there and ate mostly at the restaurant on-site. Breakfast was included and had a wide range of ingredients. I was only missing plain old oatmeal and whole grain bread. My boyfriend didn't like their coffee. For lunch and dinner we tried their grilled fish, pide, soups daily... I loved all the food. It wasn't too salty or fat. Just right."
