"Everything in the room was amazing except for the dirty carpet. It wasn’t very nice and if it weren’t for that I’d have given cleanliness a five-star rating. Please replace the carpets in the hotel rooms on the 14th floor.
The staff were great and check-in was super quick. The area is really quiet and very convenient for Universal. "
