"Amazing location. Right next to the Kansai Airport and JR rail station! The staff was very very very friendly and helpful. Very accommodating. Our luggage was sent on ahead using Yamato transport and the hotel arranged for our bags to be in our rooms upon arrival. Very convenient because it's close to shops, restaurants too. Hope to be back soon."

"Great spot for vacationers. We just had to cross the street to reach multiple trains stations. Day trips to nara, kobe, the osaka aquarium etc. Room had plenty of accessories. Multiple restaurants just outside of the door. Had lawson, different conbini's all nearby. The hotel had a great view. Housekeeping was prompt, all very nice."

"The hotel is the best location for guests who are visiting Universal Studios, it’s the closest you can be, just outside the main entrance. The rooms with a view on the parc is a real plus. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The restaurant and amenities are good and the breakfast menu is excellent. The staff is really nice and helpful. The only thing is missing is a lounge when you arrive early before the check in which is at 3:00"

"The hotel was charming and had adorable decorations. My kids were thrilled with the Minions everywhere. The room was clean. There were a few water spots on the wall and paint peeling in the bathroom but we barely noticed. My daughter loved the window bench. The rooms were well priced. The breakfast buffet was expensive. It was very close to the park and convenient. Staff was very helpful and spoke English. My only complaint is that the only English Channel on the tv played the same movie on repeat."

"For anyone planning to visit Universal Studios this place is ideal! Close to a transit station, only 1 stop to Universal or could walk there (15-20 mins walk). Vending machines for drinks and ice cream in the lobby area. Self Check in is done through a tablet, no customer service reps there so be aware that it is unlike a traditional hotel that way. Didn't get a chance to try the hot springs (note that if you have tattoos you cannot enter, and also not allowed to wear a bathing suit). We also really enjoyed the breakfast!"

"Love friendly staff, rooms were clean, comfortable bed. I had a family room that sleeps 6 people, room was small but it had almost everything we needed except for an iron which we requested and was sent to us in less than 5 minutes. Breakfast buffet has a lot of options and food is good, but they do serve the same food everyday I will have love to see maybe a few dishes change everyday. They also offer free snacks between 6-9 pm (ice cream, cookies, drinks and hotdogs). Very conveniently located at universal studios you only walk for 3 minutes and you are at the entrance of the park. Train station is also conveniently located within a 3 minute walk from the hotel. This is a family friendly hotel. We definitely enjoy our stay at this hotel."
