Comfortable Waterfront Vacation Rental

Guests must register at the office unless it is after hours in which you will register at the Guard House. Unit 175 is clean and comfortable. It offers a 35' concrete dock with custom padded aluminum dock posts and swim ladder. Outdoor shower for rinsing off located on dock. Accessible ramp leads to screened patio and front door. Livingroom offers sofa bed and recliner. Bedroom offers king size bed. Kitchen offers full line appliances and four person dining table. Amenities include wi-fi, electric BBQ grill, washer/dryer, two bikes, two kayaks, beach chairs and bait freezer available for use. No Pets, No Smoking. Please note that Venture Out charges a one-time resort amenity fee upon check-in totaling $113.00. However this fee will be raised on July 1 to $125.00. The overflow parking fee for boat trailers is $5.00 for under 20 ft. and $10.00 of over 20 ft. per day. Due to the increase in overflow parking and the lack of space in Venture Out, several businesses are offering storage for boat trailers. Perfect location

This place was perfect for a couple’s getaway! Close enough to Key West to drive over and far enough away from hustle and bustle. Great restaurants nearby. Bed was very comfortable! Our only complaint was that we often ran out of hot water when showering…not a dealbreaker though.

It was very clean! Peaceful, quiet for morning coffee and evening relaxation! Close to Key West but out of the hustle of the city! Our stay is out of the high season so there weren’t as people and we certainly enjoyed our stay!

Loved our stay!

Truly enjoyed our stay. Place was very clean, bed was comfy, and had great amenities, such as bikes, paddle boards, and kayaks. Neighborhood was nice, friendly and checking was super easy. Neighborhood has a community store, heated swimming pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and pickle all courts. Such a fun area and also only a half hour to keywest. My only regret is I wish we had more time to spend here!
