Right on downtown of Summerside close to all amenities, restaurants, shops, Holland College, theater, festivals, boardwalk (6.5 kms of sea view). Just 40 minutes from Charlottetown, 25 minutes from Anne of Green Gables, 40 kms from Cavendish beach and North Rustico. The building is located just beside the the Confederation Trail. Short drive to various lighthouses. Acadian museum is 10 minutes away and the Bottle House 30 kms away.

Sabestion was a great host. He did exactly what he said and on time. The condo was all we needed and clean when we arrived. The area was also fine. A personal request would be that carpet be removed. Being older clients the TV was challenging to get local news or sports but we had beautiful weather so were outside all day.

Summerside stay.
Firstly, communication with Sebastian was prompt and on point! Very friendly and helpful with questions. The property was very clean and had all the necessary amenities to make our stay as comfortable as possible. It's in the middle of the downtown area with plenty of stores, restaurants, and walking trails nearby. I would definitely rent from Sebastian again!

Nice and quiet. There is everything you need to use the kitchenette. The owner was very responsive to text messages. Lots of parking. I would stay here again. It is great for 2 people.

The property was fine. However, it was advertised as a 2 bedroom apartment and it is a bachelor. You can't have a 2 bedroom apartment when there is only one room for the entire property.

Cool place but could be cooler
Accommodations were clean and very quiet. Ample parking available both on the street and in parking area in the back of building. Location really good. Apartment does not have air conditioning. Although a large oscillating fan is available the place is quite steamy on a hot and humid day. Lack of fan in bathroom adds to humidity of apartment after using the shower.

This property is not as listed! There are NO bedrooms. I booked a two bedroom, as listed, but when we arrived we were taken to a studio/bachelor apartment. I bed and one sofa bed!! On looking back, my confirmation showed a 1 bedroom, which I did not pick up on, but there are no walls, except for the bathroom. Totally misleading. The unit is nice otherwise, but very disappointed.
