“Hotel Frisco was an amazing experience. Nancy was amazing and made the stay truly exceptional!”

“This would easily have been a five-star rating, as the front desk staff has been super helpful and friendly. They even upgraded us to a suite. We forgot our massage gun when we checked out. Called the first time to let them know, they found the massage gun. The lady said their manager would call us back to collect payment and ship it back to us, as we are from Texas. It's been days, and each time I call, I can't reach a manager. Called on the time when the manager is working and they don't……

“It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.”

“The location was very convenient for getting downtown. However, our room had no heater. We asked a couple of times for a portable one, but never received it, so we had to endure the cold that night. They tried to fix the issue, but it didn't work—and temperatures were 29°F outside.”
