“hotel was way too overcrowded- Not enough pool chairs for guests so we had to sit on the grass. Shameful. The lazy river was filthy, the waterslide slow and the rooms basic. Not worth the “hype.” Stay somewhere else. Front desk manager Mario was the only plus at the hotel. ”

“We loved everything about the jw except the pool was so overcrowded and no chairs by 9am because people save them all day. We paid a lot of money to stay here and apparently they let you buy day passes for the locals and it was just many people at the pool. So if you are coming for the pool, I would stay somewhere else.”

“Resort is absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately my entire travel party became ill (no fault of resort), and couldn’t take full advantage of the amenities. ”

“April 2026- this hotel is under renovation! First room smelt of paint and still had parts taped up! Asked to move. However rooms are spacious, modern and clean. Did have to ask for extra towels every day and dispensers remained empty! Do not expect your typical buffet style breakfast, weird set up where you order at the bar as main restaurant under reno(they have 2 but both under reno) $50 credit per room which is never feeding a family of 4 when a breakfast is $22 and a coffee is $7! Long……
