「The two “experienced” ladies who checked us in were the kindest, most knowledgeable staff I have seen in quite awhile. I appreciate they come from a generation that value customer service. 」

「We were greet promptly and with a smile by a gentleman when checking in. Room was clean. We have only a few small issues, we were excited to eat at their little dining and bar spot and found it to be an inconvenience because they only had 1 employee running the kitchen and bar all while receiving room orders on top of people coming to be seated, the poor women was overwhelmed an had to shut down early because of to many orders and people in the bar. 「Room was spotless and very nice but shade was broken and wouldn't close so the room was hard to sleep in with the city lights. They offer d to fix it but didn't want someone coming to the room before bed. Amazing location for a show at chubb and wandering the city. Breakfast was pretty terrible- cold eggs, and basically continental. Was hoping for more from a hotel like this. 」

「A wonderful stay. Clean and comfortable rooms and friendly helpful staff. The included breakfast is astonishing. The restaurant is terrific. The setting couldn’t be more idyllic. 」

「Room felt neglected- no shower curtain, TV did not work, walls and screen window was shabby - I kinda expected some neglect - this seemed like too much. Then saw the smoke detector cover was missing and lost confidence in it’s safety so left and booked at another location. 」

「Room was clean but you could tell it hasn't been DEEP cleaned in a while. Bed was comfy, breakfast was meh, ok if you cant afford to go out and need to save a few bucks. People living on the property. Walls are super thin and talking in the hallway sounds like they were right in our rooms. I couldnt tell if the full hour long conversation in the hall and constant slamming doors was guests, staff, residence, or what. I'd stay here again but only if nothing else was available. 」
