「Price is relatively cheap. Rooms are large enough. Nice breakfast. Good service. Pillows have strange smell, some stains on quilt. Found a spider on the nightstand.」

「Breakfast was not refilled at 8am on a Saturday morning 」

「I reserved 2 rooms. Neither room had hot water for showers. It was an important weekend and we could not shower. I was told a manager would call me. Never received a phone call.」

「The employees are all very nice and helpful. However, there seemed to be only one person working in the complimentary breakfast. I went down twice both mornings of our stay to find that the hot eggs, meat, and /or sausage gravy and biscuits were not refilled.」

「The room was too cool for the cool outside temperature so I switched the heat on at 67 Degrees and that was a comfortable temperature. The breakfast was a waffle griddle it was okay.」

「The hotel is undergoing renovations and I think a change of ownership. The sign still says it’s a Clarion but it’s advertised as Lansing Delta West. The room was a bit shabby but clean, comfortable and spacious. I could hear guests on both sides through the walls and they were not being overly noisy. The grounds, sidewalks and common areas are currently in poor condition which I assume will be taken care of as renovations continue. There is a large indoor pool and patio area that looks like it...

「The only thing missing was a coffee pot in the room. Otherwise it was a great stay , clean and comfortable. The jacuzzi was a complete bonus. 」

「Super nice staff. I found this place after a paid booking was cancelled at another hotel. A little further out that I would like but it was worth it. I got to check out some local bars in Charlotte. A big shout out to Frank. He checked me in and the other staff was very friendly. If you want something clean, inexpensive and not a bad drive to MSU, check out this place.」

「We had issues with the room key but the front desk employee did her best to make it right for us.」

「Staff was very accommodating and clean rooms. Even had umbrellas for the rain. 」

「I had a reservation and when I got there they claimed they couldn't find it. So I had to go to another hotel. But then they charged me for the hotel stay for the reservation they claimed they couldn't find. I've been trying to get a refund for two weeks and keep getting the run around, even after the manager said she couldn't find my reservation either. I believe they resold my room and that's why they couldn't find my reservation and don't want to admit it.」
