The room key had to be set every time we left for the day. The toilet had a slow drain leak so it would fill every 30 minutes which was very loud, so we just turned the water off until we used it. The bathroom sink had no hot water, shower was fine. Staff was good and breakfast was great. I would stay here again.

Rooms were spacious but a bit stark. Breakfast was great, lots of variety with eggs and sausage cooked on a stove. Maybe an upgrade to the soap/shampoo/lotion/ conditioner. Would definitely stay there again.

We arrived to find an issue with the shower but called down to Dana at the front desk who switched out immediately. Also needed some bedding for the pull out couch and she was there to help! Breakfast was ok, sone of the food was cold like the tater tots (soggy) but everyone got enough to start our day. Overall a good stay for the right price!

Access thru exterior entry door with room key could not be done, making access from the parking lot inconvenient. When issue of toilet and linens (stay was 6 nights) arose, staff was pleasant and accommodating.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I noticed no paper towels in the public restroom. This was mentioned to the desk staff, however no paper towels were to be found the entire 5 night stay. We did have coffee packets in our room, but no coffee maker. There was scrap paper and a used water bottle under the bed in our room. The rug was a bit sticky, but the bathroom was clean and the beds were fine. The breakfast did not offer decaf coffee. I tried the instant oatmeal, but the hot water container held lukewarm water at best. Parking was fine. Location was great.

I was shocked because it was a huge room, beautiful buffet breakfast and very nice people. The sheets kind of smelled funky, but it was a beautifully clean room.

Room(s) were reasonable clean. First room the bathroom fan was so loud we immediately asked to be moved. The staff was friendly and moved us next door. There was a sofa Inn there front room. The seat was hard as a rock while the backrest was soft pillows. But really a comfortable sofa. The bed was even harder. The bathroom was extremely tiny. And in the morning I found a large wolf spider in the tub. The water pressure was really low and i coukd not get the water warm enough for my liking. The air conditioner did not work properly so the room was very warm all night. Breakfast was good. Plenty of selection.

Great staff the minute we arrived, didnt have to wait long even though they were very busy. They had a very large group in front of us but he c was very polite and we didn't wait long. The room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was very good . Even though there was a large group of students they kept everything full and hot. Kudos to your staff, we will be back again.

The room was a nice size. The beds were comfortable. The room was worn and not terribly clean. It felt like it really needed a good deep cleaning, more in depth vacuuming scrubbing. The hotel is just getting older. The breakfast was mediocre, but there were choices. It wasn't bad, it just needed a little love. And for the price and location, it was fine.
