「Upon arrival, we found stained sheets, mold on a pillow, mould in the sink, walls were in bad shape especially by the closet, air filter was not changed in forever, the smoke detector was taken off the wall, the soap holder for the bath tub was off the wall, the safe was locked, the night table legs were filthy, and we were charged an exorbitant daily fee on top of what we paid which made the room more expensive than if we would have booked direct with the hotel.
