Pool closed, gym closed, bistro/bar that’s supposed to be open also closed, no ice machine available. We got the king bed with sofa/full size pull out bed, which was actually a twin size bed. 「The room was visibly dirty. The gap between the door frame and the door was so large light came through, and there was a noticeable breeze. There were loose tiles in the bathroom. The hot tub was non-functioning, which sucks because the hot tub is part of the reason I booked the room. All in all it was not a great experience.」
