「Check in was noon. We were almost to the house about 2:00pm and still hadn’t received any check-in information, so I had to reach out to the owner. He responded quickly with the door code and wi-fi password. Once we walked in, we noticed the floors downstairs and upstairs had not been swept and the living room rug had not been vacuumed.
