“Very clean with great views of the channel, plenty of beds for 10 folks or more, and maxed out bathrooms and showers. We caught a 5lb catfish off the deck. The dock has a cleaning station and is very nice as well. BBQ grill was nice. The great room was superb to watch the Chiefs game and ALCS. Great golf courses around the area with grocery stores near by. Would definitely rent again. We were so busy golfing and enjoying the property we did not have time to use the game room which is nice……

“After having rented many years through VRBO, resorts, condos and houses, this was by far the cleanest and best we’ve had! There is nothing I would change about this house. The dock is great for swimming and the fire pit is awesome! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need. One thing you’ll need to pack on your own is beach towels, which some rentals have and others don’t. Not a complaint at all, just FYI for future renters. Thanks from a fellow Iowan!! ”

“Nice house. Great rooms. Just beware there is only one bathroom upstairs where the king rooms are. Three downstairs. Outside patio is wonderful. Kitchen well equipped. The living room space had plenty of comfortable seating. We had a terrible week for fishing but the weather was fantastic! Very quiet and secluded.”

“Well stocked supplies for cooking in the kitchen. Plenty of entertainment on site. Plenty of quality bath towels. Wi-Fi was a bit lacking. Many of the TVs never successfully loaded our apps the entire stay. Other than that, we have no complaints. We didn’t really need that much. Wi-Fi TV!”

“We stayed here this past weekend and it was perfect for the 2 of us. You are right next to capt rons who played live music all day and a dj at night right on the beach. I'd say this is more of a family area because it does clear out pretty early leaving you with your own little beach area by the docks which was amazing.
