「Breakfast was included but overall not very good with limited optons. Entrance to the hotel lobby was partially blocked with a wet towel wicking water leaks from some where. Hotel manager was not very friendly. Our king bed made a medal rumbling sound at one end of the bed. They did come up and fix that but afterwards left the room is dioptions. Will not stay at this property again.」

「Location is close to multiple food plqces and the boat dock for dolphin cruise. Housekeeping staff was available when needed.」

「The property is in need of a deep cleaning and a renovation. Location is great but wouldn’t stay there again due to the uncleanliness of the entire property.」

「I called and ask was it possible to check in a little earlier and the staff said yes your room is ready you’re welcome to come right in. That was at 2:00 PM. We were on the 12th floor it was nice and quiet. One of the staff members that stood out the most was Mary. She greeted us with a smile and gave great hospitality and service.」

「I think that the greeting could’ve been more polite or more helpful. The air condition in the room was leaking water, which I reported and someone did come right away, but the problem still continued to happen that floor was wet. Also, I think the pillows should be replaced on the bed overall our rate might stay with courtyard in North side Myrtle Beach is a 4.5 and it didn’t compare to what I seen online if not that I won’t be staying at another courtyard because I will just not this one.」

「It was fine except for the fact that the owner chamged the reservation so he could take a longer stay. I booked for 2 days and he changed it to 1.」

「Our room was clean, some of the outlets didn’t work and our microwave didn’t get hot (tried to pop popcorn had to use the one in the lobby downstairs) The pool area is nice, small but extremely cold water. Overall decent stay for the process」
