"Breakfast buffet was okay. Staff was outstanding all around. Room was clean and looked recently renovated. I was disappointed to see some trash by the pool and in the beach. Usually when we travel staff is always walking around cleaning. That wasn’t the case here. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Waves resort and would definitely recommend it. The room was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable, which made it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. There was a good variety of food options, and everything we tried was enjoyable. The spa was a highlight, truly a great experience and perfect for unwinding. We also appreciated the strong and reliable WiFi coverage throughout the property. The staff were friendly and helpful across the board, but a special mention goes to Kevin, who took the time during the orientation day to clearly explain everything and make us feel right at home. Overall, a great experience and a place we would happily return to."

"This was our second stay at The Palms, The rooms are well equipped with some nice extra touches, laundry basket, usb sockets built in to the beside tables and plenty of closet space. It’s very well kept, rooms and communal areas very clean and it now has a small cafe area for drinks & snacks. It’s a little gem of a resort"
