"Pool was downright dirty - it was slimy and my daughter stepped on a diaper in the pool. All the food, amenities etc were good but way too expensive considering all the added service charges, 22% gratuity mandatorily charged, additional tips requested on top of the 22% mandatory gratuity. Really felt like a “shake down”. The area is also really beaten up - I haven’t been in 6 years- and it now feels really junky, not upscale. Wouldn’t return; much prefer Brickell."

"The hotel was amazing, the staff from the front desk Brianna & Ag were the great, so amazing!! Fi Fi and Ziggy at the bar were exceptional as well. All staff were hospitable and played a prominent part in ensuring my birthday stay was nothing less than AMAZING! I can’t say thank you enough! The room was very comfortable for myself !"

"Good value for room size. Great Locations in Collins park. Rooftop pool was closed. Would've appreciated more transparency on that closure prior to arrival but alternate rooftop pool access at sister property was offered. Furniture Layout in King suite needed some tweeking by us and the bed blocked some access to the bathroom door. But all in all a nice stay."

"John and Alec were very friendly, helpful and made sure our stay was good. They had ice cold sparling waters at check-in. the area around the pool was nice, the AC worked really good, was convenient location. the bed was comfy, and the room was clean"
