「Excellent location, on the beach and busy area with lots of restaurant and bar options. Best bed we have experienced, super plush. Easy access to Sullivans Island, historic Charleston and Mt. Pleasant among other key SC areas. Great for young families or a quick get away. Opportunities are not enough staff to maintain the luxurious status it portrays. Daily housekeeping was not provided although I’m sure we could have addressed however we only had a two day stay. It’s just a preference for us...

「The hotel itself had a great aesthetic, a beautiful pool area, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the actual room experience was very disappointing.
The room was extremely small for my husband, daughter, and myself. The space felt very cramped, including the bathroom, and it made the stay uncomfortable overall.
In addition, the TV in the room was broken and would not shut off unless it was unplugged. When I went behind the TV to unplug it, I discovered piles of dust built...

「I asked for a handicap accessible room & was told they didn’t have any. There weren’t any grab bars around the tub & nothing on the tub floor to keep you from falling. I was very disappointed & nervous that I would fall or my traveling companion which is 85 years old. She opted to just wipe off than take a chance with falling!」
