The Space:
Covering approximately 207m2 across two levels, it comprises 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms plus a downstairs powder room, 2 separate living areas, a premium galley kitchen with walk-in pantry and laundry, a and a private covered alfresco area at rear with a BBQ and your own exclusive inground magnesium pool.
You will find a gate from the back of the property giving access to a private grasses area where you, the kids and the dog can kick a ball or enjoy a picnic before using the beach access leading you to the sand and in the ocean in a matter of minutes.
