Sunrise Holiday Home - Space, Style, Comfort & Heated Pool

With an ideal setting for a memorable family holiday, this gorgeous beachside home caters perfectly for up to 8 guests in complete style and comfort. Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac with a lovely elevated position which captures the cooling ocean breezes and is within a short stroll of Sunrise Beach.
Shrouded with complete privacy in a serene garden setting, the home is fully fenced with electronic gated entry. The heated in-ground pool allows for year-round swimming in warmth and comfort. Soak up the sun on the poolside deck chairs while the kids have endless fun and enjoyment in the pool.
Expansive verandas wrap around 3 sides of the home offering an abundance of outdoor areas to sit and chat or relax and unwind. The large undercover patio offers an excellent option for alfresco dining and family BBQ's.
Internally, the home is very spacious with plenty of natural light creating a beautiful ambience. The 2 separate living areas provide informal and formal living and dining, both complimented by high quality furnishings and air-conditioning for additional comfort. The custom kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and also features a butler's pantry.

The home comprises of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate laundry room. The master bedroom boasts a generous ensuite and air-conditioning. The extra large garage easily accommodates 2 vehicles and also doubles as a games room. So, if you would like to bring along your boat, trailer or jet-ski, there is certainly plenty of space to safely park them.

Fantastic property with everything you'll ever need. 2 min from magnificent Sunrise Beach Surfclub and 10min drive from Hastings Street. Great pool with nice alfresco areas all around the house. Very clean and well maintaned property. We will be back.

2024 Schoolies Trip

My group stayed at the property for our Schoolies trip. It was everything that we wanted and needed. In such a perfect area and check in and out was so easy and simple there was zero stress with anything. Communicating with the owner was also easy and they were very accomodating with everything. Only suggestion is that we ran out of toilet paper on the last night which was no ideal so there may need to be some more backup rolls on the property. But it wasn’t that big of an issue as we just bought more.

Fantastic.

We stayed three nights. Wish it were longer. We really enjoyed the space with home offered. As a family group consisting of two couples and a toddler it was nice to be able to spread out. The pool was fantastic. Jason was great to deal with. Made the trip very easy. Will be back again someday hopefully.

Great property great position

Jason was great and did everything he could to help us, especially since VRBO failed to tell us a balance payment was due and he ended up having to tell us as awkward as it was. We were at the end of a 12 property 5 week road trip around Oz and ever single other property had been paid for in full by installments by other providers, this was the only VRBO property we used and we never had any reminder of missed payment just everything OK to enter property. Not Jason's fault but VRBO need to get their systems up to date, other providers take balance at date agreed automatically, why can't they, or at least have a robust reminder system in place? we were in Oz for 5 weeks prior to this stay without a single booking issue, only happened when VRBO got involved. Stress and worries we could do without. Lets see if VRBO try to rectify the issues they provided. Again sorry Jason, you were great, VRBO let you down as well big style.

We had a great stay at this property! Communication prior and during was quick and accurate. The two big living areas was great as we were 2 x families of four so plenty of space to spread out.
