I loved everything about this house. It was clean, had amazing views of the canal, and the intracoastal waterway, and was very comfortable and well appointed. We appreciated the large living room space, and the cool carport hangout area. I would highly recommend this beautiful home for anyone looking for a nice vacation at Holden Beach.

This was a beautiful piece lace with great views. It seems that most of the houses on the canal and inter coastal are turning private, which is really sad because we’ve been coming to Holden for 45 years and the rentals we love are disappearing.

We loved the home but did have a few inconveniences. There are really only two full baths and they are both very small with one having a very small shower stall (no bath tub) and if you had full capacity, it would be difficult for 13 people to use the two small baths. There is a half bath in a room under the house but no privacy as one wall has only studs. Mirrors in the bedrooms would be nice when getting ready especially given the bathroom issue. TV’s would also be nice in the bedrooms. Aside from these minor inconveniences, we did enjoy the home and it was clean.

House was great! Very roomy, nice decks, great views, clean and kitchen was well-stocked. Renting the golf cart was a nice bonus. It was the coldest weekend of the year, but we had a great time at the beach house.
