AWESOME

This is a great hotel! will come and visit again next time. Food were amazing and cleanliness is AWESOME! Keep it up Best Western. The only complain that I have is the "ELEVATOR" you should have more for a 36 floors building

While the website says they have an airport shuttle, be sure to see the small print as it’s an added charge and has to be booked in advance. Other than that it was a clean, comfortable hotel close to the airport. We did not make use of additional amenities as we were just on a quick layover.

I found this hotel great, friendly staff ,clean ,beds ,very comfortable . Rooms were a bit small but very cosy had some trouble connecting to wifi staff fixed it straight away. Usual facilities pool gym very safe & secure hotel definitely stay here again

first impression stay in papilio

papilio merupakan hotel dengan standard pelayanan yg baik. namun perlu diadakan perbaikan terutama untuk kenyamanan tamu dimana masih terdengar suara senda gurau dari kamar samping kiri maupun samping kanan. alangkah baiknya apabila hal tersebut bisa diminimalkan dengan memperbaiki atau menambah peredam suara. untuk makanan terbilang istimewa dan saya menyukai sajian menu breakfastnya.

A good business style hotel

Good service, reception staff were helpful. Good value food. The "business centre" is like something from the 1980s with old PCs and a printer that doesn't work but when I needed to print a few things I just asked reception and they were more than happy to print for me. They had music on the terrace which turned into unplanned karaoke from students eating there which was funny. The pool was out of use when I was there which was not indicated when booking which could have been annoying but it wasn't a priority for me so I wasn't too bothered. Not much character - a standard business style hotel but it's well run and I'd stay there again.
