“Good-Beautiful view, close to train and restaurants. Needs improvement-heaters did not warm the apartment, no hand towels or wash cloths provided, took me a while to figure out washer/dryer settings, had to purchase washing and dish detergent. Bathroom with toilet felt dark and dirty. Welcome packet with instructions for appliances and things near by/recommendations would be nice. Inability to have visitors or be charged put a damper on the trip as we were traveling with another family.”

“It is a very convenient hotel, just 2 mins walk from Metros. However, my room was extremely tiny (but it was very clean), and I was very surprised that there was no a proper reception (as it is classified as a 4-star hotel). As I checked in the hotel, the reception staff was helping another guests (but it was hard for me to tell if it is the place to check in), The guy at the reception doesn’t even greet to me. And there were a bunch of sex toy shops next to the hotel so I don’t think it is……
