Location and view was perfect! Beds and couch were super comfy! We also loved having our fur baby with us on his first vacation. The owner is easy to reach.

Our stay was wonderful! The house was just perfect! Across the street from beach, a pool and close to everything in surfside! Has been my favorite so far! Will definitely stay again!! Didn’t want to leave.

Awesome Sunrise from the balcony!!!

Very good location ! Easy to find and check in. Spacious, airy place with two balconies for sunrises in front and sunsets in back. Had everything we needed for our stay. I would highly recommend it if you don't mind stairs.

Nice Place

We really enjoyed our stay. Great view of the ocean and the beach is across the street. The penthouse was clean and had a cargo lift to move your belongings up. Just be aware that there are numerous steps up to the penthouse. This is in an excellent location close to numerous restaurants in walking distance.

New Year get-a-way

Pleasant week vacation. Penthouse has open space concept with balcony that overlooks ocean. Quiet street, easy walk across to ocean and walkable to several restaurants and Surfside Drive (the Main Street) Communication with owner was easy. Recommend!

Excellent!!

Terrific location, the view of the beach, easy access to beach, restaurants, park and library were the best! The owner was very prompt to respond to any inquiries and provided an easy entry procedure. The cargo lift was most helpful. We loved our stay!!!

Nice place to stay easy check in and check out would highly recommend there is a elevator for handicap and getting things to third floor 5 stars for that.
