Welcome to our beautiful two-bedroom villa located in the heart of Surfside Beach, SC with an included LSV to get you around "The Family Beach". This spacious and tastefully finished villa offers a comfortable and inviting living space w/luxury finishes throughout. Perfect for a family of 4. Don't worry about having to share the private swimming pool, gas grill, corn hole, high top dining table, outdoor full sized refrigerator and freezer or storage box w/ beach chairs, floats, and toys.



The Space:

Entering through the main door, you will find a spacious living room with gorgeous theater style leather reclining couches and a 80" Roku TV and fast wifi for all your entertainment and streaming needs. Living room opens to the large fully equipped kitchen with stylish black stainless appliances and when we say its fully stocked, we mean it. Step out the side door and you are immediately poolside! 2 bedrooms each have a large closet, queen bed and pool views and deck access through private sliding glass doors off each bedroom. There is a jack and jill style bathroom that can be closed off from the other with double vanities and toilet off the primary bedroom and a separate vanity and toilet accessible from the hallway between bedrooms. There is also a huge shower with rainfall shower head and gorgeous floor to ceiling tile.



Guest Access:

The entire home, LSV, private pool, beach equipment, corn hole boards and grill are yours to enjoy.



The Neighborhood:

Located off Glenn's Bay Road, with a 30 mph speed limit making it golf cart legal, Indian Oak Lane is a quiet residential street just about 1.5 miles from the Surfside Pier and 1/2 mile from downtown Surfside with its lovely bistros, breakfast spots and ice cream. You will be within a golf cart's ride of the Piggly Wiggly grocery store should you decide to grill in the backyard oasis. Or continue onto Surfside drive straight to the fabulous new Surfside Pier with its several delicious eateries, night life and of course the Pier close by. You won't have to wander far and you can park the car for the majority of your stay and golf cart the family everywhere, or better yet, fly in and Uber to the location without the expense or headache of having to rent a car!



Getting Around:

Golf cart rental friendly! Did we mention the fully loaded 4 seat luxury golf cart with bluetooth stereo we have included for your enjoyment?! Some car driving or ride share might be necessary, but not much.



Other Things to Note:

For your stay, we provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, and 2 dishwasher and 2 laundry pods and the bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toiler paper each. which are all included in the "cleaning fee". Don't forget to bring your own beach and pool towels. Taxes are not included in the nightly rate.
