A basic hotel room but the property is well maintained and the staff is very friendly. Right on the beach and pool area is nice. Now that I think about it, I never saw any kids on my 3 day stay. So if you’re looking for a more adult friendly beach getaway this is it. Fun restaurants/bars next door. New pier is great. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel was very clean and located right near some great restaurants. Beach was clean and nice. A bit of light pollution from the parking lots, tiny balcony, but enjoyed hearing the live music from the nearby restaurant. overall a nice stay, would recommend. Staff was friendly, coffee was good, easy beach access. I still prefer the northern end of Myrtle beach because of the location, so probably won’t be back. But it’s a great option in surf side for sure.

I loved my stay. The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. The ocean is so close. Everything was clean and well maintained. It definitely isn’t private at the pool or on your balcony with all the bars so close, but they close early.

The property was very nice. Just very small for me. I should have opted for a house or condo. It’s been a long time since I stayed in a small hotel room and only one bath. Nothing against the hotel, just not for me. Totally my mistake.

This hotel is right on the beach! It has a pool and a hot tub as well. There is a "grab and go" snack area in the lobby with self check-out. Each room has a view of the beach and ocean. The Surfside Pier is a stone's throw away. There are many dining options and a retail store nearby. The rooms are on the small side, and they have been recently updated.

We were very happy with this property, only minor complaint is slow elevator and only two to use. The hotel staff was nice, professional and courteous; building was clean and cozy; cleaning staff was quick and friendly. The area was very walkable and clean as well, restaurants were good, bar across was a bit loud, but not problematic. We would use this hotel again.
