The Big Time rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Family week at the Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was a great week. A shower in the pool area would help tremendously. Additional hook and or tile holders would help a lot.

One of the best vacations ever

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home would’ve done some things different if I’ve done it but it’s absolutely beautiful. I had to call maintenance but they were there very quickly with pool issues. Garden City Realty was very friendly real great trip.

Great place for 16 to eat and sleep. Very convenient to beach 3-4 minutes max walk. Nice sidewalk to avoid traffic on N 16th street. Can tell it is managed by a property company just missing the little thing like 20 wine glasses with no wine opener. One enhancement would be to cement driveway. Gravel hard on bare feet.
