“Room clean, seals around window frames need some attention -you can see daylight. Staff polite and friendly. Only thing that spoilt the stay was no hot water on last morning. Only way to contact staff was to get dressed and go out in the rain to find someone. Could do with rethinking the breakfast offer as you pay for everything little thing separately such as tea, cereal etc. food overall was ok. Outside area decking slippery when wet, paving slabs uneven and car park entrance full of potholes.……

“Issue as soon as we arrived, they had only reserved one room and not two. Room was full of Damp, and Carpet was wet (had to walk around with shoes on). Loud Music until late hours. Uncomfortable bed, however pillows were lovely. Staff were friendly, however i wouldn't stay here again. Felt unsafe as solo traveller. Resturant was cloaed.”

“I am not sure it is my bad luck or what, my check in date is the football match day, the roads are block, my car cann drive to near by area, the car park is closed, the hotel is in a mess with lots of football fans and bear.
i have to stop the car far away to walk to the cashier, and ask for check in. And it is crazy noisy and messy as 99.99% are football fans there just after a match.
The fans are NOT friendy seeing i am not wear the home football tee like them.
