「Amazing as always thank you 」

「The room was freshly renovated. The beds were huge. I unfortunately had a sick relative in the hospital nearby. This was a very convenient location to stay. The staff doing late check in were great and they were and have been super compassionate and helpful during and after my stay. I would highly recommend for location and customer service. I would in particular mention the manager Paoula who was outstanding in the level of customer service she delivered when I had a difficult query.」

「住縮非常污糟，樓下酒吧有很多飲醉的人嘈吵尖叫到半夜時份都不能入睡，而且房門外有很多閒雜人等，感覺治安很差，除了價錢平宜外，其他一概一文不值，有生以來不會再入住了」

「Stayed at The Minworth Lodge for two nights. Staff were lovley and very helpful you have to check in at the bar. Room was small but comfortable and clean. Bathroom was basic but good value for the price and ok for a couple of nights. Shower was great. Bathrooms could do with a repaint but the air extractor is not powerful enough to remove all the moisture. Sleep was great the bed was very comfortable. Will stay here on next visit 100% thank you! 」

「The property was fabulous, just what we needed, my wife and 3 teenage granddaughters had a wonderful stay, peaceful, everything we needed was there, the host was brilliant, at the end of the phone when we called and great location for the city centre Christmas markets. No negatives from me! 」

「I am not sure it is my bad luck or what, my check in date is the football match day, the roads are block, my car cann drive to near by area, the car park is closed, the hotel is in a mess with lots of football fans and bear. i have to stop the car far away to walk to the cashier, and ask for check in. And it is crazy noisy and messy as 99.99% are football fans there just after a match. The fans are NOT friendy seeing i am not wear the home football tee like them. I asked the staff when do...

「All the staff was incredible, very friendly and supporting our needs. The place has an amazing dining room and bar, the atmosphere is very pleasant and it is super close to the Villa Park which makes it great.」
