  • This Village of Suttons Bay affordable rental offers 4 bedrooms (2 with twin beds and 2 with queen size beds), a newly remodeled full bath, hardwood flooring, cozy enclosed seasonal front porch, laundry facilities! Excellent location to enjoy the conveniences of Village living just a few blocks from the sandy public beach and marina, bike trails, tennis and paddle ball courts, excellent restaurants, shopping and quaint theater!

    Children welcome!

Suttons Bay charm

This was a fantastic homebase to explore Sutton's Bay and Leelanau County. We loved the older home's character which had plenty of space for a family of four. Its location was perfect for heading to the beach, exploring shops, and going out to eat - all by foot. We also loved spending time playing games, reading, and doing puzzles on the screened in porch. There is no dishwasher and only one bathroom but that was not a problem for us - just an FYI. We loved this rental and you will, too!

Great location!

The location of this property was wonderful! Great for going in to town, accessing the TART trail and visiting Leland, Northport and Traverse City. Definitely recommend booking here!

Great Location!

Great location close to downtown Sutton's Bay, shops, a theater, the lake, restaurants, wineries, and a brewery! Everything was walkable and a very bike-friendly area if you choose to go a little further. Would definitely recommend this property.

Pretty Much Perfect

What an amazing location for those looking to explore the Leelanau Area. Perfect jumping off point by those looking to explore by vehicle, or have great experiences walking around in Sutton's Bay. Also close to the TART trail for biking to wineries. Would go back in a second, and Cayman was great at communicating, and gave a bunch of good tips on check-in. As i'm writing this, I wish I was still there!

The house was super clean, had plenty of towels, pots and pans that were really nice and all the appliances worked great. The location is perfect as it is right downtown and close to everything. Great place to stay!

Great little cottage spacious with an inviting front porch

Great location, awesome little cottage steps away from downtown and a beach. Walking distance from many things to do. Short drive to a lot of activities. Great location and a great stay looking forward to coming back. Cottage was well stocked and Cayman the rental agent was awesome. She was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had Thanks and can’t wait to come back
