「房間乾淨整齊，但偏小，早餐選擇豐富，景色優美，飯店位置極好！價格偏高，沒有什麼設備，櫃檯人員也不是很親切..不知道是否北歐人風格如此」

「This place is on the pricey side, but is by far the nicest hotel in Longyearbyen. The staff, the room, the food, and the hotel itself are all amazing. The included breakfast is excellent. The hotel itself is located on one of the highest locations in town, so there is a bit of an uphill climb back to the hotel after a day of exploring, but not an issue. Special thanks to Tina and Maiju at reception, and Daniel in the dining room for providing above and beyond amazing service.」

「Staff was very hospitable and the surroundings were serene. However the location is slightly far away from the town centre. Without any transport, at least 30 minutes of walk is needed to get to the town centre」
