“We have booked a two bedroom suite for our two nights in Tromsø. We were told that we have been updated to a three bedroom suite when we checked in. When the hotel staff took us to the room we realise it is actually an apartment close to 1km away from the hotel with various slopes we immediately realise that there will be issues when we check out as two of us are carrying four heavy luggages. The hotel staff at that time said they will help us with luggage when we checked out as we needed to……

“The room is spacious. However, it only offers 1 cup in total for each person. Making it difficult to separate brushing and drinking. Also, the room is dark in general. The toilet’s ventilation is poor. ”

“Hotel near to the city center and the view is perfect. Easy to access. Also the food and drink provide are excellent. Not sure if it is only happens on the room 301.The wifi signal is weak and sometimes even it linked to the WiFi but can't connect to the internet.”

“Au vu du prix, la première chambre était tout à fait correcte. Mais après un deuxième passage une semaine plus tard, nous avons eu une chambre sous le toit, donc difficile de se lever sans se cogner la tête. Les lumières n'étaient pas adaptées pour lire au lit et surtout la chasse d'eau coulait en permanence. Pas de changement de chambre possible et pas de nouvelles du manager comme promis. Nous attendons toujours.”

“WiFi is very weak, no one to clean up the apartment and change towels during the 4 days stay. Breakfast is good.”

“The laundry service was very popular that we have no chance to use it. Have to improve the facility efficiency so that more customers can enjoy the service. But, the location of hotel is really very convenient. The cleaning will be made every 4 nights stay, if it can be change to every 3 nights or even 2 nights, it would be much much better.”

“Everything was great. The breakfast was really nice. The room was big enough for us to take everything out, and there was even a hallway to leave our coats and things with snow. The view was wonderful and you could probably see the northern light directly if it was strong enough.”

“Lovely hotel. Loved the all day coffee and the 5-7pm waffle bar everyday. Such a good idea. Lovely staff and room was fine too. One little thing about it: not enough light. There were 2 small lights and no overhead big light. Since there is no sun at all, it would have been nice to be able to see in the room better than I did. But apart from that, lovely place”

“酒店前台很好，可以根据客人的喜好调整房间，想住高一点的话也能调。标准间有个别房间大，遇到了也可以调整。 酒店最好的是管早餐和简单的晚餐，如果不是必须要体验当地美食的话，酒店的两顿餐就可以解决了，早餐种类非常丰富，各种火腿，鸡蛋，还有特色鱼类食品，甜点饮料水果也不少。整体体验感还是很不错的。”
