“The good: Beautiful views and right on the beach. Floor plan is creepy. The “first floor tenant” has direct access to our living area on the second floor at all times. There is a camera in the hallway. The hot tub was filthy and a serious hazard for children. Fine if it’s out of service but then drain and cover it. The Keurig coffee maker doesn’t work. Only two coffee mugs in the kitchen WiFi signal does not reach to the bedrooms. A lot of potential but for this price frankly I expect more. ”

“The location is very close to food and a short walk to the water. The limited street parking, which is noted in the listing is less than ideal as you can’t really get close to the front door with the homeowner of another property and the other what I assume rental property next door. Linens, dishes and counters were clean upon arrival. There were leftover bagels in the oven when we arrived( assuming the previous stay toasted and forgot, but was not cleaned out prior to our arrival). Using the……

“Host was welcoming and the place was beautiful-- a ton of amazing wood furniture. The room was connected to the rest of their house which was a surprise but the location felt fairly private. Bathroom and kitchen were small but clean. It was an intimate stay and would do it again!”

“We had the best time! Chad is a fantastic host! The itinerary he sent us as a guide was perfection! The yacht was comfortable and peaceful after a busy day in the city. We took advantage of the marina bath house and could not have been happier about it- safe, secure, and very very clean. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a change of stay- it was pretty awesome. Thanks Chad! ”
