"Staff was friendly and welcoming. This is an older hotel with many attempts to improve and upgrade the hotel one can tell. One can appreciate that effort. Across from Ingles so we can get meals and hot breakfast. Stayed in BM for family event so this hotel was in great locale."

"Parking was easy and secure. Convenient location and close to my dad, retired vet, that I take to the VA for medical appointments when coming to do a wellness check on him. My stay was pleasant, staff were nice, and it was quiet, which I truly enjoyed. The only noise was the traffic on the road. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Would stay again."

"The Peri -Social is a different concept hotel. It is self check in and there are no staff on duty except the barista in the cafe/bar. Our room was very nice and spacious and very clean. The common areas were very nice and the coffee-/ self serve breakfast area worked well. I would have liked more fruit and more options without excessive sugar but that is my usual complaint with hotel breakfasts. Overall we were very happy with our two day stay at the Peri Social house and loved that we could walk to dining options in Black Mountajn. "
