This beautifully upgraded caravan comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, offering the ideal setting for family holidays, romantic escapes, or fun-filled get-togethers with friends.

Step inside to find an inviting space designed for relaxation. Enjoy custom-fitted heating under the living room seats and central heating throughout, ensuring your comfort no matter the season. The fully equipped kitchen includes a kettle, toaster, microwave, cooker, and oven, making it easy to prepare meals and snacks during your stay.
Rest Easy in Spacious Bedrooms

The caravan features a thoughtfully designed bedroom layout: a master bedroom with a cosy double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a third bedroom with a single bed and an overhead bunk. There’s plenty of room for everyone to unwind after a day of adventure!
Outdoor Bliss Awaits

Step outside to a fully enclosed garden complete with outdoor seating and a luxurious Lazy Spa hot tub! Imagine soaking under the stars while taking in the breathtaking views of the rolling hills—it's the perfect way to end your day. In addition to this we have a fire pit/BBQ, where you can either bring your own fuel or purchase from ourselves on arrival and during your stay. Please note we don't supply towels at this caravan.

Whether you’re a seasoned hiker or just looking for a leisurely stroll, the local scenery provides a beautiful backdrop for your outdoor adventures. To add to this, there is a direct access walk from behind the caravan up to the woods to go exploring.

Great stay at the Hopkins retreat

My stay at Hopkins Retreat was amazing. The location was beautiful, and the early morning views were so peaceful, I didn’t want to leave. The hot tub was a great addition – relaxing in it while enjoying the scenery was perfect. I can’t wait to book another stay!
