Come enjoy fifty feet of beautiful lakefront property. This family home is located on Lake Champlain, within a thirty minute drive to Burlington Vermont. The amazing westerly view offers outstanding sunsets.

3 Bedrooms can accommodate up to six people.
Primary bedroom: 1 Queen bed
2nd bedroom: 1 Queen bed
3rd bedroom: 1 Twin with a twin trundle bed (2 twin beds)

4 Season house with air conditioning and heat.

Perfect spot for our eclipse viewing
We had a wonderful experience staying in this lovely cottage on Lake Champlain. The views are spectacular, especially at sunset. The accommodations are comfortable and the hosts were thoughtful and considerate, providing everything we could need. They were very friendly, as were the surrounding neighbors. Great place to kick back and relax with friends!

Just what I needed for a solo fishing trip! Late in the season, but it was a perfect place to unwind after a chilly day on the water. Moshe was accommodating, had great communication and was fun to get to know!

Lovely Peaceful Getaway!
It was the perfect property and location for our sister getaway. Its a beautiful, more private on the water location. We enjoyed the views, the outdoor fireplace and cozy beds! Plenty of room in the open space and well- appointed and decorated. It was chilly during our stay so I can imagine during the summer it would be even more lovely!

Beautiful Lake Front Cottage
My friends and I had a fabulous weekend at the cottage! Moise welcomed us and could not have been nicer. The cottage had everything we could possibly need, is super clean, beautifully decorated with comfy beds and wonderful pillows. The grounds are lovely, and there is a scenic road perfect for walking with views of the lake and Adirondacks. Don’t miss an opportunity to stay at the cottage and meet Moise and Randi.

Perfect for a relaxing visit
As our first VRBO experience, I can't compare it to other area VRBo properties. But in comparison with a hotel, this was much more spacious, with many more amenities, than we'd have found at a similar price point elsewhere. My siblings and I have made a tradition of going on vacation together for a few days every year and this was a wonderful place to do it! Beautiful area, beautiful property. Very helpful when things go slightly wrong! (Like my brother vanishing for hours LOL). Overall, a wonderful stay!
