“The hotel was overbooked and our rooms were already gone when we arrived. The owner lied and said he woukd sort it all out with Expedia to get us new rooms. An hour later I called Expedia myself and was told they had not heard from the owner. So I spent 90 minutes on the phone with them and was directed to a new location in Copenhagen, Denmatk, almost an hour away. I would never book a room at this place again as they obviously overbook on purpose. The new place was better. We are currently……

“The property could use a lot maintenance and better cleaning but overall we had a positive stay. The price and location makes this hostel worth it! The area is very nice and super walkable. The breakfast provided is good and definitely recommend taking advantage of it. The kitchen had enough utensils and appliances that we were able to cook a few times as well. The hostel is very family friendly and has wheelchair accessibility as well.”
