2-room WO07 - Platan (WO07)

A spacious (56m2) 2-room apartment on the second floor of a building in the residential area "Platan". It consists of a living room with balcony, a bedroom, bathroom and a separate kitchen (the kitchen is not a lockable room). In the living room, with balcony exit, there is a chest of drawers with a LCD TV with cable connection, glass cabinet, a coffee table and two sofa beds (the first with a lying area of ​​130x190cm, the second with a lying area of ​​90x190cm). The living room creates an open space with a hallway (no door). The windows of the living room, as well as the balcony are directed to the west. On the balcony are two wooden chairs and a table. Bedroom with a double bed (a mattress) with a sleeping area of ​​140x200 cm and a large wardrobe. The bedroom windows, as well as the kitchen windows are directed to the east. In the kitchen, which is a separate room (but with no door to close) is a fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, stove with four hotplates, an oval dining table, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and the necessary crockery and cutlery for the preparation of meals. The bathroom with shower and toilet is additionally equipped with a washing machine. In the hallway is a large wardrobe. On the windows electrically controlled blinds are installed. The apartment is not assigned a parking space. Parking is possible in public parking spaces within the condominium (subject to availability) or on a guarded car park approximately 400 meters away. The building has a lift. Pets are not allowed.


The modern residential complex Platan is located in the western part of the city and is only a few minutes walk from the last UBBstation entfehrnt. The image of the settlement determines the modern architecture of the buildings, the green courtyards and public playgrounds. In the surroundings there are shops, restaurants and the border market (Poland market), which tourists like to visit. The detour to the beach is about 1,1km, to the border crossing 1,5km and to the city center about 0,5km. On Malczewskiego Street there is a modern, fenced playground, a basketball court and a green recreational facility.
