Incredibly comfortable apartment with an area of 90 m², guarantees accommodation for 6 people, making it an excellent choice for the whole family! This elegantly furnished apartment consists of a large living room with a dining area, a separate kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment comes with a large garden with garden furniture and a volleyball net - the perfect place to spend time together. The space of the property is conveniently designed, meeting all the needs of guests. The carefully finished interiors impress with their refined style. Comprehensive kitchen equipment (dishwasher, coffee maker), bathroom equipment (washing machine, hair dryer) and multimedia, i.e. high-speed wi-fi connection and modern TV, guarantee the highest comfort of stay. In the apartment you will find as many as two desks for remote work. The fireplace located in the living room will guarantee a warm and homely atmosphere on gray days. The apartment is equipped with all the basics necessary for relaxation. A complimentary set of toiletries (soap, shampoo and shower gel), towels and linens are provided for a successful start to each stay. The beautiful grounds encourage long walks amidst green grass and picturesque bodies of water (branches of the Swina River) - a great place for anglers! Not far from the property is the Karsiborska Kępa bird sanctuary, as well as extensive walking areas. The location offers many attractions for those who prefer active recreation. Bike rental, as well as boats and pedal boats are located 300 meters from the apartment. The nearest grocery store is located a few minutes' walk of the apartment, so guests can effortlessly stock up on necessary products. In addition, it takes only 20 minutes to get to the center of Swinoujscie. You can also use the nearby bus stop, which is only 100 meters away. While in Swinoujscie, it is worth visiting the famous Promenade full of restaurants, cafes and many other holiday attractions. In about 20 minutes you can also reach Miedzyzdroje - a well-known seaside town, appreciated by tourists. Nightlife offers numerous bars and clubs that invite you to dance and have fun. Swinoujscie railway station can be reached in just 15 minutes by car.
