"We were only able to stay one night, but our night at the Vallombrosa vineyard was very peaceful. The hosts were very helpful and kind and were gracious to bring me some emergency supplies. Although the property lies in a beautiful setting, it’s important to note that it takes at least 30 minutes to get to Lugano and the lake by car. "Everything was great! This is my very favorite hotel. The room is clean and cozy with wonderful little touches like restocked drinks in the mini fridge and chocolates on the pillows. The breakfast is immense and delicious. The spa area is so beautiful and relaxing. They allow pets and parking is easy. Staff is friendly, the lounge seating is comfortable and spacious. What a wonderful place! "
