“地理位置方便，5分鐘左右就步行到Bern Bahnhof，我們預訂時包了早餐，不用擔心吃的問題，附近有很多餐廳。酒店旁就有超市，很容易就買到生活用品和食物。 酒店亦會提供巴士票，可以免費乘坐市內巴士，到不同地區。 酒店清潔很好，而且有空調，夏天去都不用擔心，是一間很舒適的酒店。 但酒店沒有提供水煲和冰箱，如果能有提供就更好。”

“前台态度非常好，热情亲切，幽默，给我一个巨大且很重的铜钥匙说：给你一个小钥匙。房间干净有点品味，只是是个阁楼，要小心撞脑袋，在老街，非常方便。”

“My partner and I were appalled by the misleading information given on Hotels.com. We saw a plaque at the hotel entrance that says “Four Stars 2026”, which means right now it is NOT a four-star hotel; it is HELL. I don’t understand why we were given thick blankets at the height of summer, a dusty mini fan and a mini fridge that doesn’t work. We had the WORST sleep for two nights. We couldn’t open the windows because it was noisy outside. My partner became sick and I think my cancer got worst……
