「Good location, clean and clear timely communications. Recommended for a couple who need to be on the north shore of Sydney. The only negative was that the fan in the bedroom was totally inadequate.」

「Great village location very leafy with great cafes & local shops. Communication with the host was difficult, finding the lockbox inside the mailbox without clear instructions was a nightmare.Aphoto or short video would help. The walls are paper thin and the halls echo with every footstep.」

「There’s building house construction right on the cross street, everyday 7am will do the construction and it’s really noisy (and even till 9pm sometimes). Besides the noise problem, the room itself is really comfortable and clean」

「It was in a good position, handy walking distance to most things. I found the check in having to walk around into Sinclair street for key in lockbox stairs with suitcase, then back to Rocklands street for entrance inconvenient and difficult. Also light in dining area didn't work and no heating. Offered to fix it but would have to put key back in lockbox, another inconvenience. 」

「We stayed in the place for two weeks to study for our doctoral licensing exam. It was a lovely place and very easy to work with the property owner though it was quite loud. It's right across from an elementary school where they are playing/screaming all day and the bird population is quite rowdy nearby. You can heard pretty much anything that happens in the unit or next-door but for a true vacation it would not be a problem at all. Very grateful we had the opportunity to stay here!」

「The property was conveniently located near the thriving Crows Nest/St Leonards cafe/restaurant precinct. Also close to the Sydney CBD, with ample public transport Enjoyed our stay」

「The penthouse is just as advertised. Absolutely gorgeous. There were 3 of us and it had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms so the privacy afforded each person was absolutely perfect. The balcony was not fully clean (cobwebs) but it was a bit cold anyway so we didn't use it. Otherwise, great space, awesome location, perfect for my family. Thanks for having us!」

「Never arrived at such a hovel. Urine stains on beds, Nasal matter on the walls, Black mould. Food stains on main sofas and dining chairs. Wasted half a day trying to sort out alternative accommodation. Travelled 10.000 miles across the world to be greeted by all of that. Oh and the welcome pack for Four of us consisted of a very small carton of milk, small bottle of water, a J cloth and 1 dishwasher tab. No tea or coffee. Absolute disgrace photos available.」

「The property was in a great location. Difficult to locate key and access building. Room was dirty which was a surprise given COVID requirements. fingerprints all over kitchen doors, sink stained with tea/coffee. Lights over bench had grimy oily dust all over the. Floor needed a good vacuum. Bathroom sink had not been cleaned since last user. soap dispenser covered in old soap and dust. Shower rose unusable without being tied up as it kept falling back into the wall. Very disappointed.」

「Having stayed at the property before the orientation of an apart with an aspect to Brown Street is notably quieter. This apartment unfortunately, with poor sounding proofing/glazing in the bedroom, is impacted on Friday and Saturday nights being above the beer garden below. Otherwise spacious, well appointed and convenient location」
